His prior 14 years in the Chemical Industry were all with global chemical producer Solvay (formerly Rhodia) in various roles including Product Manager and Commercial Director. In his last assignment with Solvay, he was Global Key Account Manager for Unilever based in Paris.

Jesse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, and an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erin has 12 years of experience in the specialty chemical distribution industry. Erin’s focus is on the supply chain and warehouse operations. Her responsibilities cover purchasing, warehouse, customer service and human resources.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.

 

 

 
Doug KercherDoug Kercher

Doug has over 25 years of experience in several capacities, in various chemical industries, with primary focus in coatings and construction. He has a background working in chemical distribution and the supplier/manufacturer side of businesses, most recently as the Business Director of the North American Chemicals and Textiles division for Wacker Chemical Corporation. At Wacker, he also spent 1 year in Germany on a marketing and business development assignment, as well as several years in sales. He has also held positions as a Sales Manager, Engineer, Production Manager, Plant Manager, and General Manager for Elementis Pigments. He was also formerly the Branch Manager for Synergistic Performance Corporation, a chemical distributor in Seattle.

Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

J. Patrick Lancaster is the VP of Sales for PT Hutchins. Prior to joining PTH, Pat was at BASF Construction Chemicals Division as Regional Business Manager. Prior to that, he worked in the Urethanes Division at BASF, as well as at Wacker Chemical Corporation in the Silicones Division.

Pat has a BS degree in Chemistry from Eastern Michigan University 1996, Honors in Basic Studies, Honors in Chemistry.  Presidential Scholarship award recipient.

Jordan W. Muller has 22 years of experience in the chemical industry. During this time Jordan has held positions in Marketing, Sales, and Operations. For the past 15 years he has worked for Ribelin Sales Inc, based in Garland, TX. He was Vice President of Sales for Ribelin from 2001-2011 before being promoted to General Manager in 2011.

Jordan holds a BBA from Miami University of Ohio.

Julie is responsible for the Southeast Sales territory, which includes the region from Florida north to Virginia and West to Louisiana and Kentucky. Her South East team consists of eight technical Sales Reps. As part of the leadership team, Julie has Supplier Management responsibility.

Julie has 28 years of industry experience. She has three years with Ribelin Sales as VP Sales Southeast, six with PT Hutchins as VP Sales and Sales Manager, 16 years with MeadWestvaco, and 3 years with Mobil Oil Research and Development.

Julie has a Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Delaware, and a BS Chemistry with an emphasis in Mathematics from the College of Charleston.

Parish has 26 years of industry experience. He has seven years with Ribelin Sales, four with D&F Distributing, six with Neville Chemical Company, and nine with W.W. Henry Company. Mr. Basham has an MBA and a BBA in finance from the University of Texas, Arlington.

Ted Burke was formerly the President of EW Kaufmann, assumed the role of VP of Operations for the CASE market segment on January 1, 2017. Tom WellsTom Wells
General Manager, GMZ

Tom’s tenure within a Azelis Americas company is extensive. His most recent responsibility was as Vice President in our Specialty Ag company Adapco. Prior to being a Vice President at Adapco, Tom was the National Sales Manager for 2 years. Tom has a Chemical Engineering degree from Purdue University and received his MBA from Colorado State.

He began his career in Cincinnati as Production/Plant Engineer with Henkel and then became a Marketing/Brand Manager with Cognis.

In addition to his stellar business career, Tom served for 11 years as an officer in the United States Army Reserves and completed one tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Company Commander. He is the recipient of a number of military awards and decorations including the Bronze Star Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, and Army Commendation metal.

 

 

Rocky PriorRocky Prior
Senior Vice President Sales, GMZ

Rocky Prior has over 25 years of experience in the coatings industry. He began his career as a bench chemist with ICI Paints before taking on more advanced technical, sales, and business management positions. Rocky has held the positions of Technical Manager at True Value, Applications Manager at UCAR Emulsion Systems, and Technical Director at Ace Hardware. Rocky was also Co-Founder and President of Southern Diversified Products which owned 26 patents and developed the American Pride and Mythic Paint non-toxic paint brands. Prior to joining GMZ, Rocky was the Americas Sales Manager for Air Products Specialty Additives and most recently their Epoxy Additives business.

Rocky holds chemistry degrees from the University of Akron and Baldwin Wallace College.

 

 

Shaun JulianShaun Julian
Vice President of Sales, GMZ

Shaun began his Sales and Marketing career within the chemical industry in 2001. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from Rider University. Shaun joined GMZ in 2010 as Technical Sales Representative responsible for servicing the CASE markets in the Central/Northern NJ, Metro NY through Eastern Upstate NY territory. His previous position was with Halocarbon Products Corporation managing the sales and marketing of inert lubricants for chemical processing and specialty fluoro-chemicals used in the synthesis of Industrial Resins, Microelectronics and Agricultural markets.

He is also an active Board Member within the Eastern Coatings Federation, who is responsible for putting together the biennial Eastern Coatings Show. In 2015 Shaun was appointed Vice President of Sales, responsible for the field and inside sales program along with a co-liaison with key principals.

 

 

Stephanie LevyStephanie Levy

Stephanie has 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry. Prior to joining GMZ, Stephanie was responsible for Arkema Inc.’s North American Molecular Sieve sales into the coatings market which included the management of the distribution channel. She joined Arkema Inc. in 1999 and held various positions in sales and business administration management which included several international business units. Stephanie’s chemical career began at The Purolite Company as the Business Administrator for the Far East and Latin American Group. Stephanie holds a Marketing Degree from Peirce College.

Jason has spent his entire professional career focused on specialty chemicals and has first hand industry experience from nearly every facet of the vector control industry. Over the past 11 years Jason has served as WNV Abatement program manager, outside technical sales rep, Technology and Service Manger; and most recently VP of Sales for ADAPCO. Jason uses his industry knowledge to help vector control professionals design pest control strategies and protect the health of the public from endemic and emerging vector borne threats. Jason received a BSC in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University and later went on earn his MBA from Florida State University.

 

 

Mike CageMike Cage
Executive V.P., Red River Specialties

Mike Cage has over 27 years of experience in specialty chemical distribution. He graduated from La.Tech with a BS in Forestry. Mike began his career with Red River Specialties, Inc. as their first employee in March of 1988. He became a partner in the business in the early 1990’s. Due to his love for forestry, Mike was instrumental in steering RRSI focus to the forestry market for chemical distribution as well as turnkey service work. Mike is also an active member of the LFA, MFA, and the AFA associations.

 

 

Heidi Braness Heidi Braness 
Vice President of Business Effectiveness, Red River Specialties

Heidi Braness has over 10 years of experience in the chemical industry. She has been with the Specialty Ag and Horticulture division for the last seven years, starting at ADAPCO as the Manager of Inside Sales and Marketing and transferring to Red River Specialties, Inc as the Director of Marketing and Operations in 2011. As the Vice President of Business Effectiveness, her primary role is creating standardized processes and procedures to streamline business practices and improve efficiencies. Before working for ADAPCO, Heidi started her career at Bayer CropScience as a Marketing Specialist. She has a Bachelor of Business from Rockhurst University and an MBA from University of Florida.

Andy Pierce has 17 years of experience with Red River Specialties, Inc. Andy began his career on the forestry side of the business but has worked in all facets of RRSI business. Bill has worked in the specialty chemical industry for the past twenty-five years. Bill spent nine years with Johnson Diversey (DuBois Chemical), filling a variety of marketing and sales management roles. Prior to DuBois Chemical, Bill worked for Cytec Industries for ten years as a Sr. Technical Sales Representative in the Midwest. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with a major in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

 

 

 

Chris Nork Christopher Nork
Vice President of Sales, DeWolf, Personal Care

Christopher has over 9 years of experience in the Chemical arena as an educator and as a sales professional. Nork began at DeWolf as Account Manager in the Mid-Atlantic territory with direct sales responsibility for Homecare, Industrial & Institutional and Personal Care markets. He was promoted to Business Manager for the HI&I division, where his industry expertise and solid business leadership resulted in strong revenue and profit growth. Prior to Azelis Americas and DeWolf, Christopher worked at Varsal LLC in the Personal Care, Pharma and Energy sectors of chemical supply.

Christopher has a dual BA degree in Biology and Spanish from LaSalle University, Philadelphia PA.

Jerry Williams been in the Chemical industry for 33 years Including 21 years with CHEMCENTRAL (now Univar) in various management positions including Sales Manager, Corporate Vice President – Director Sales, Regional Manager, Vice President IT and Corporate Business Development. He also spent 2 years as President of Efodia – the online joint venture between Holland Chemical (HCI) and CHEMCENTRAL. Jerry then joined Chemidex (now Prospector UL) in 2003 as their Vice President – Sales prior to joining Glenn in 2009. Jerry has a BS in Business Administration from Hanover College.

 

 

Craig Mott Craig Mott
VP of Sales, LMW, Monson

Craig Mott has over 30 years’ experience in the chemicals industry. Craig started his career in the chemical distribution business working for Chem Central in Bedford Park, IL. The majority of Craig’s career was spent with Cabot Corporation working in the special blacks division in many management roles, including Territory and Distribution Manager, National Accounts Manager and Market Manager Wire and Cable BU. At Cargill, Craig was the Global Commercial Manager for the IOL business unit and responsible for moving Cargill into the soy-based transformer oil market, as well as developing the IOL team that serviced the LMW market on a global basis. After leading the LMW sales effort for Lambent Corporation, Craig started Colonial Specialty Chemical from scratch in 2007 and developed CSC into a leading distributor servicing the metalworking and lubricant market place on a national basis. Craig has a BS from Bridgewater State University and pursued a MA in business from DePaul University.

Jeff has been in the Chemical Distribution business for over 21 years with 10 years of Technical Sales and Sales Management experience in the Power Generation Market. Jeff has work for Monson for 19 years and is responsible for running of the Paper, Power and Water Treatment Industry segment where his responsibilities include the management of Purchasing and Sales. Jeff holds a BSCE degree from the University of Maine.

 

 

 

 

Kelly LozierKelly Lozier
Vice President, Rubber and Plastics Additives, Monson

Kelly has spent a majority of her career working for Monson Companies. She transitioned to Monson Companies in 1990 as part of the acquisition of Washburn-Linder, and became a Specialty Chemical sales rep in 1991. Kelly was promoted to Executive Account Manager in February 2006, and then Industry Manager of the Plastics & Rubber Industry in October 2006. Kelly has successfully integrated the Lenape Industries sales team and product lines in to Monson Companies, helping to create and promote a full line of specialty additives to the Plastics & Rubber Industry.

Kelly has a B.S. in Business Administration from Worcester University, completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Program in 2004, and attended the University of Industrial Distribution Program through Purdue University Supply Chain Management in 2014.

Michael Blattner has over 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the USA and Canada. During that time Michael’s responsibilities covered Sales, Operations and Quality/Regulatory systems. His roles in management have ranged from Manager to Vice President. Currently Michael is the Business Unit Manager for the Unipex Pharma Division. He also has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Concordia University.
